Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon Fulfillment (FBA).
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Amazon FBA automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on your location. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volumes, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Amazon’s real-time carrier pricing.
Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping during special promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and most territories serviced by Amazon FBA.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes outside Amazon’s supported list

  • Countries not supported by Amazon FBA export

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive:

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will coordinate with Amazon FBA to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by customers. Amazon may charge a return-to-sender or reshipping fee for undeliverable packages.
